We have completed a full cleaning and sanitation of the surfaces in our public space areas, meeting spaces, restrooms, and “back of house” team member service areas. This includes but is not limited to walls, fixtures, furniture, doors, door handles, and telephones.

Highlights of sanitation standards currently in place:

• Service staff will wear gloves.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be plentiful throughout the meeting space.
• Staff will disinfect all utilized areas of the facility at the conclusions of each event. Staff will also disinfect common areas of the facility as well as high touch surfaces.
• Meeting rooms will be set in accordance to guidelines set forth by the State of Kansas and Hyatt Corporation.
• Sessions will be set to distance chairs and people based on current social distancing guidelines.
• Table detail such as pens, paper, water pitchers and glassware will not be offered.
